1. The graduate's name. The full name as they want it printed, with "Class of 2027" or the degree.
2. The school or the achievement. "Graduating from Linwood Hollow High" or "B.S. in Nursing".
3. Day and date. "Saturday, June 12."
4. Hours. A start and end time, or an open house window: "Drop in anytime from 1 to 5 PM."
5. Address and parking. "48 Birch Lane. Please park on the street."

Start from the school colors. Choose "My brand colors" under More options and type the colors into your description ("navy and gold"), because there's no color picker.

Choose a graduation party flyer background that leaves room. Confetti or streamers across the top, a cap and diploma in one corner, and a plain middle keeps the name and hours readable on a phone.

Make the name the headline. The graduate's name is the biggest text, the date and hours second. "Graduation Party" alone could be anyone's.

Keep the address off public posts. Send the full flyer by text or in a private family group. For a public post, make a version that says "Text 555-0173 for the address".

Give joint-party names equal billing. Three names at three sizes reads as a ranking. Ask for "all names the same size" in your description.

Keep kindergarten flyers simple. One original cartoon animal, bright pastel colors and four lines of text suit parents reading on the way to pickup.

Putting the graduate's photo on the flyer

"Add your logo" is the only image Flyer Maker takes, and since it's built for a logo, expect a small mark rather than a large picture.
