- The concert's name. "An Evening of Praise" or "Christmas Gospel Celebration". A name gives people something to repeat.
- The headliner. The choir, quartet or artist, spelled exactly as they spell it on their own materials.
- Featured guests. Soloists, praise teams and guest choirs, one size smaller than the headliner.
- Day, date and start time. Add a doors-open time when seating is first come, first served.
- The venue and street address. Name the room if it matters ("the sanctuary", "the school auditorium").
- Admission. Ticket prices for advance, door and children, or "Free admission" with the offering line.
- Where to get tickets. The church office, a phone number or a web address.

Check on music licensing once you pick an admission model. Live or recorded music at an event outside a regular service may need a music license, so check with your church's licensing service or the venue before you print. At 4K the file stretches to about 138 pixels per inch on that sheet, below the 150 dpi floor on Vistaprint's poster page, so hang it where people read it from a few steps away. An 11 x 17 in sheet is narrower: a 3:4 image that fills its 11 in width gets about 225 pixels per inch and runs about 14.7 in tall, which leaves roughly 2.3 in of paper for a strip of ticket details or a blank margin.
