If the headshot is for LinkedIn, the file requirements are modest: a JPG or PNG from 400 x 400 up to 7680 x 4320 pixels, up to 8 MB. What separates the services is how they get you there.

Aragon
Aragon's entry package holds the most headshots on this list, 40 for $35, and as of September 2026 every package carries a limited-time 20% discount. Basic (regularly $44) comes with one outfit and one background and takes about 45 minutes. Standard, at $45 (regularly $56), returns 60 with two of each. The $75 Executive (regularly $94) returns 100 with every outfit and background in about 15 minutes, and it's the only package with Aragon's Enhanced resolution of 1792 x 2176 pixels. Aragon treats face data as possibly biometric: you consent at signup, and the data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days after delivery, or kept while you hold a subscription. Its contracts bar its AI providers from training general models on that data. A free redo or a refund within 14 calendar days is available, and downloading counts as using the product.

BetterPic is the pick when the file and the license matter most. Every plan delivers 4K, and BetterPic says its free tier carries full commercial rights, like its paid plans. Star ratings on a headshot company's site describe other people's faces, shot in other light. When you read AI headshot generator reviews, on review sites or in Reddit threads where buyers post their results, look for the details that apply to you:
